Hello girls, Wow, I miss a lot of days on my blog ... but not from yours! I must say I'm lazy, pigrissima to photograph all the things I'm doing ... I will forgive early, with a surprise that I hope you'll like. Meanwhile, as I did yesterday evening, will post the recipe for a fantastic plum cake that I found recently wandering around the Internet and that, since I managed very well the first time I tried, I transcribed the my agenda. I am not a phenomenon to make desserts, prepare first and second I can, but the desserts ... boh ... cakes I ever sag in the middle ... but not that! So for me it was a real achievement. And then I find it delicious. I changed a few things from the original recipe, so I put one cup of sugar instead of one and a half and I finally divided the dough in half and the part that I added cocoa powder - three heaped tablespoons - so I came in two colors.
